I do require a 24 hour notice in order to reschedule or cancel any appointments. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.
New clients, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment in order to ensure a full session. Late arrivals please understand that in order to accommodate all clients, I must end the session at the scheduled time.
As an independent business owner, I work by appointment only. So that I may assist you promptly upon your arrival, please do not arrive any earlier than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled session.
A credit card number will be taken at the time of scheduling, in order to reserve your appointment. Credit cards will not be charged outside of the appointment cancellation policy.
Groupon certificates are only valid for first time customers, and limited to one use only! Multiple certificates may not be used by one client.
