Appointment Cancellation Policy 

  • I do require a 24 hour notice in order to reschedule or cancel any appointments. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. 
  • If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service. 


New Clients


  • New clients, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment in order to ensure a full session. Late arrivals please understand that in order to accommodate all clients, I must end the session at the scheduled time. 
  • As an independent business owner, I work by appointment only. So that I may assist you promptly upon your arrival, please do not arrive any earlier than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled session.
  • A credit card number will be taken at the time of scheduling, in order to reserve your appointment. Credit cards will not be charged outside of the appointment cancellation policy.
  • Groupon certificates are only valid for first time customers, and limited to one use only! Multiple certificates may not be used by one client.
